how do i adjust a holley 2b for my 6

i have the fast idle screw all the way off the throttle and the idle mixture screws to the point where it almost dies out, but it is still idling way too high

Is this a 2300 or a 5200?
While I have no experience with the carb, if you search for posts by wsa111 you'll find a bunch of info for the 2300, and a history of tuning experience.

fixed it, i switched some vac lines around, much better

guessing you had the non-ported vacuum going to the dizzy instead of the ported vacuum?
