yes it finally came..(Thanks Mike :] )
my header from mike at FSPP.. it was well worth the wait. super high quality stuff. i can't wait till it's on and making some noise..i got a hat and some stickers too..look cool on my tool box :D my hat and stickers will raise some eyebrows at the cruise night on saturday..i have the only mustang with a six that shows up..give me a couple weeks (i need a new GT valance.) it's gonna have dual exaust out the back through the new valance! :D

His are Pacemaker's. They are a bit higher priced, but well worth it IMO. Without a doubt, the best quality I've seen, and I've looked at a lot. The the higher price is largely due to the fact that they are imported from OZ (as well as the quality) and shipping big bulky headers isn't cheap.

I just recieved my last order from them and may be adding two new styles, definitely one for sure. Its a dual out, equal length, long tube header. Just not sure of the applications yet. Suppose I will have to go thru the trial and error, like I did on the first ones. But I have a pretty good idea. I also recieved a single out, which hugs the block a bit tighter. It should work well in small engine bays, like Econolines and Broncos.

I was hoping for one to fit the low starter applications, but no go. So its back to my original plan of producing my own design.

:D I have one of the first Pacemaker headers that Mike sold. I had it jetcoated and it still looks like new. Well worth the money

Sounds great. I got the same ones.

A couple of recommendations. Before you install them measure the output pipes and make sure you can get a flange or adapter on there to connect to your exhaust. Add the flange or method to connect before installing. You need something you can disconnect if you need to pull the engine.

My muffler guy welded my header pipes to my dual out exhaust. Biggest thing to look for...my header output pipes were a bit shy of 2" so the 2" exhaust pipe connectors I got from Summit wouldn't work to connect to my exhaust...thus the welding.

Mike offered to replace mine, but they were already installed, so I kept them. They look and sound great.

Good luck,
Steve-O

i agree with steve o put some kind of aonnecter on it and my exhaust guy welded wverything from header to hangars to the seatbelt bolts where he mounted the hangars which made it a real B1tch to get my tranny out this past week cause he crossed it over under the tail shaft

I have Hooker dual outs going to JC WHITNEY Turbo mufflers to a Y combiner then to cable operated dump valve split to either the side pipe or out original rear path to glasspack in original muffler position.

Two comments on this thread:

I suggest using the generic stainless flex pipes that help isolate the exhaust system from the movement of the engine and helps keep it from cracking and loosening (especially under torque twisting launches  )

For really good yet removable clamps, you can't beat the stainless steel "band clamps" often used in truck/bus applications. THey will conform to slightly different or curved pipes and can be opened up and re-used if you need them out of the way for other service.( I haven't found them smaller than 2")

Here's a pic of my setup
