addo Top Poster VIP REDLINE 10K Feb 18, 2008 #41 You did it wrong. The rod caps are exactly matched to their own rod. Swapping them over will screw your clearances big time. Look to see if they have little punch pockmarks, or some other means to identify the matched sets.
