Ignition coil question.

Hi, guys....! How will the ignition coil output affect my engine? I need to get one, ...I've seen from 30 000 V to 60 000V. What output would be more apropriate? My engine has already been converted to 12 V.

Higher voltage coils are usually better if your running something like an HEI and or alot of plug gap. One of these old Ford sixes would probly be just fine whith a 30Kvolt.
