In trouble...again

Go back and reread what you just wrote. The Heater blower motor ground shares that contact! That may be your Bingo! :)
Clean the contacts, and try using a larger sheet metal screw. Try finding a "star" washer to place under the screw head, so wont loosen up. Make sure you can't turn the wires by hand once the screw is tight.

yeah, i tried recleaning it when i was broke down, so i'll try and find a bigger screew and really clean them good. Thanks again, hopefully i'll be back on the road soon.

Check your e-mail. I just went out to take a picture of my ground. It is a roound wire from a sheet metal screw to the right of the blower, and the other end attaches to the starter bolt. The blower ground does not attach there.

Yeah, that's the one i was talking about. My blower is grounded to it, do you know where your blower grounds too?? I've had this car for 3-4 years now and this is first time i've ever ran into this and i've used my fans for along time.

IIRC, neither of the two wires coming out of the blower housing is a ground. I have all those wires neatly wrapped up, so I cant see where they go. I can't find my wiring diagram either, but I do believe the hot wire comes from the switch, and the other, or ground wire, grounds somewhere under the dash. For now, try to see what happens when you disconnect that blower wire from that ground screw. Besides not having a blower, that is.

Here's the thing...I got home, but still don't know what was wrong... I cleaned the heck out of the firewall ground on both sides of cable and on any metal touching it, everything was shinny. Reconnected it, nothing, unhooked fan from it nothing. Still just short little spurts if anything... So then i got to thinking, if i am crossing over starter anyways, can't i just cross over whole ignition??? I pulled off the connection labeled I on my starter relay, hit it to the hot wire, and fans kicked on and i had juice. Started it, just died again... so i turned fan off, same thing... I turn the fan to high setting (to the rightside) hit the same wire (labeled I) to hot wire, hasn't shut off sense. After i got home, i flicked every switch i could inside to see if it would die, wouldn't... So what was actually wrong, could the fan relay short out the whole car?? I pulled fuse yesterday and tryed to no availe, so does that mean it's my ignition relay? Thanks for all your help and time guys... I CAN DRIVE AGAIN

I'm confused. You need an elcetrical guru with a wiring diagram, or a priest to do an exorcism. :?
Seriously, you've got some crossed up wires somewhere. You need that wiring diagram.
