I plumbed in my oil lines to turbo. 3/16" brake line feed, 3/8" hose return to fuel pump blockoff, all downhill so, that's ok. do I need any special fittings for the turbo for oil preassure?

Bundy tube and banjo fittings. I'd go ½" for the return hose to avoid any vapour locking, swelling or sludge build up, overkill maybe, but pays to err on the safe side.

Matt,
The 3/8" return is too small. You need 1/2" minimum, preferably 5/8" or 3/4". You can't go to big here.
The input line should be OK!

Well I'll upgrade the oil return to 5/8". bought 8' of 3/8" trans cooler line, good thing I have to fix my trans lines, was going to use rubber hose anyway, till I can make good hard lines. Oh, I cannot get oil preassure, have stock oil press sender, mech press gauge plumbed in with 1/8" copper and the turbo feed coming off a 3 port t out of the block. cranked and cranked, got nothing going to the turbo. not gonna let it fire, till I get oil to the turbo. what do I do?

Matt,
If the motor had oil pressure before (assuming old motor) and was running fine then I wouldn't sweat it.
Just squirt some oil into the center section of the turbo, reattach the oil line and start the motor. That'll give it plenty of time to get the oil all the way out to the turbo.
If it's a new motor then you'll need to verifiy first that you have oil pressure up to the rockers or even just out of the pressure sending port.
If so.....start it up!

And post some pics! :D

well, it is a new motor that I broke in w/o the turbo hooked up, Oil pump was primed b4 it was started then. so I should just fire it up and watch the gauge?. I put a few pics in a diffrent thread. it's not plumbed into the intake yet but I need to fire it up to pump antifreeze in the block b4 cold weather. Intake plumbing coming soon, got what I needed in the mail today from JCW
