Length of Cleveland head bolt?

You guys who own a 351C or a Boss 302.....what's the length of the head bolts from under the head to the end of the threads? I'm guessing it should be between 4.00 - 4.25" (101 - 108mm). I know 351C's have a 1/2" bolt and the boss had 7/16"......

The heads of the bolts are bigger on some 351W's too. I think I know what you are doing...looking at increasing the clamping rate on the camshaft side of the block. Knock 'em dead, Jack!

sorry i cant give you any measurements at the moment , the guys who i get them from are out of stock ,and the book i have doesnt
have any measurements.all i can tell you is a few ARP p/numbers which might help.
302 BOSS ARP 154-3602
351 WINDSOR ARP 154-3603
351 CLEVELAND ARP 154-3604
302 WITH WINDSOR HEADS 1/2"-7/16" STEPPED ARP 254-3708
351 SVO CLEVELAND IRON BLOCK ARP 254-3701
Maybe take your ruler into a speedshop and check some .

ps If your Cleveland 351 has injection like your old HiLux 302, I'll have four of them. My Dunedin mates are V8 die-hards!

Actually I had an opportunity to score a set of head studs for a Boss 302. Now that I've verified length, these can be used to replace the head bolts on the Crossflow.
