Moly Rings

Hey Everyone,

Just a quick question i should have my motor back together soon and have used moly rings this time.

I have heard a few different ways in running the motor in to bed the rings in but am unsure.

what do yous recomend.

Do it at 5600 rpm on a dyno, just kidding. There is some info on this on the small six section last week sometime I think.
