I will be replacing my 6A with the 6AL soon. Any suggestions on what to the limiter to? I was thinking 4,700.

Marco, if you used the valve springs as recommended for the camshaft i would use at least 6200-6500 area.
You may need more carburetor if your engine flattens out below 5500 rpms.
You need to test your WOT A/F ratio. The orifices below the power valve are probably to large?? You are looking at 12.8-13.1 A/F for best power. Bill

At 65mph I am at 3400rpm with the stock 2.80 gears and 16 tires. I will see what happens when I get my 17" rims and new gears.

Something doesn't sound right to me with your MPH at 3,400rpm. My 66 SW with the OE 3.25 runs near 80mph at 3,200rpms. Running 215/70R/14s...RodC.

might B the gear in the spedo was never changed with the other
changes in the drive train ratios ( inc orrect match) ?

Sorry, I am actually at about 3,000rpm at 65. It may be the Dakota Digital dash is off a little.
