I have a 200 electronic ignition and MSD6, 3.55 rear. If I make a 2 barrel carb and fashion a plate for the log, use an adapter like mandarina has and pump in the nitrous, I have a question.

knowing that I need to run wide open throttle, I have a t-5, I won't be able to throw the nitrous switch until that t-5 is in fourth correct???

Obvious other modifications would be:
1. driveline safety loop
2. fleat top pistons (no edges to get heated up)
3. modified cam and retard the ignition

You can switch your N2O on anytime you want (above 3500 RPMs). I use my system in all 4 gears. Stage at 4000 rpm and drop the hammer, shift @ 4900
If tire spin is an issue you can use it in 3rd and 4th only.

How much N20 are you running? I am running a 100 shot on my 302, but hadn't thought about it on the 200.....

so activating at 4000 rpm or more, is this controlled by hand with a switch or do you use a microswitch on the accelerator linkage?

Do you use a purge?

The use of a second fuel pump: How many GPM is reasonable with 50-100 shot of N20?

At the moment just a 50 shot, tried the 75 shot but my clutch was giving me problems, so went back to the 50. I'm using the Holley blue pump, regulator, and press. gauge.
I tried to keep my system as simple as posible, the regulator has 2 outlet ports, one goes to the carb, the other goes to the fuel solenoid.
The microswitch is positioned so that it clicks when the lever is at WOT, also I made a custom mount so that it won't flex.

I'm not using a purge, but wsa11 suggested it was a good idea.(maybe in the future....$$$$)
100 Hp is probably right on the verge with the stock cast pistons, next year I'm getting a decent shifter, so I'll pop in the 100Hp pills in there and see how it goes, BTW import killer was using 100Hp on his six before he went turbo.
