non adjustable to adjustable rockers

Howdy,
I should of asked a long time ago (especially AZcoupe), when going from non-adj to 1.6 adj-rockers what do I need, totally. I am also going with the 1968 289 springs and 4.0 V-6 retainers, SS valves for an 80's head (that Mike sells) and the teflon seals w/ bronze valve guides.
I do need to buy the new pushrods to go with them, correct since going from non-adj to adjustable?
What about the keepers for the new retainers?
I will mill the head 0.030", so do I shim the rockers 0.030", or will the adjustable rocker take care of that? (keeping CR low since I will turbo this engine, if you ask why only milling 0.030)
And, I need to add hardened washers to the head bolts since the milling, right?
If I have forgotten anything, please fill free to enlighten me. Thank you for any and all responses.

Howdy Kirk:

YOur stock keepers will work with the 4.0 pne piece retainers.

No need to shim the rocker stand. Your hydraulic lifters will compensate easily.

Yes, you will need specific puhrods for the adjustible rockers.

Yes, hardened washer on the head bolts are always a good idea. Be sure to clean the head bolt holes before installing the bolts.

Enjoy the journey.

Adios, David
