I have been looking at both crane and comp cams catalogs. Im looking for a good cam to use on my 1994 150. Im going to supercharge it with a wynjammer. I want something that has a power band between 1500 and 4500 rpm. Now correct me if im wrong but I was told that any cam between 108 and 110 lobe seperation will work for supercharger. And a cam with a lobe seperation of 112 to 116 is good for a turbo. If any of you know of a good cam for me please let me know.

Superchargers and turbos both require a cam with reduced overlap, otherwise you waste too much of your boost as the piston passes through TDC on the exhaust intake/strokes.

They require very different grinds though so a cam like the Isky Turbocycle would not be optimum with a blower. Your best bet, by far, is to either e-mail or the call the techies at various cam manufacturers and see what they recommend. They do this stuff for a living and do not want to see you in the wrong camshaft; it hurts their reputation.

Clay Smith and Crower are both particularly strong on custom grinds as undoubtedly are some others.

(not set in stone because of a lot of variables, but GENERALLY-)
Little rule of thumb:

Turbo cams will have less duration on the exhaust valve than the intake valve, but straight pattern (same duration for In/Ex) will work, too.

Supercharger cams usually have more Ex duration than intake duration
