Hey guys,
I have a 1949 226 H series in my Parcel Delivery truck. For context, it has not been running for probably 20-30 years. I just got it to idle and run smooth today. I noticed an oil leak around my passenger side engine mount. I already changed my fuel pump gasket and all my inspection plates have new gaskets as well. It doesn’t look like those are leaking. I’m new to 226s, so I was wondering if I need to change a gasket on the engine mount itself? I can’t see why there would be oil there, but that’s the only place I can see it leaking from.
So, is there a gasket that goes on the passenger side engine mount? Thanks!
