This site has been great. I researched info and stock piled parts for about a year and to drive the car now it is worth every second and dollar!
You all are the greatest and I just wanted to pass on some info and my thanks!
Thanks again, Mark

Mark:

You just about have the same set up I have. Sweet ain't it?

One thing I don't see in your list and I would highly encourage is front disks. Of all the upgrades I've done to my car I would rate this as the most important. Truly brings the car into the 21st century

Congratulations on a job well done.

Rick

Okefenokee, I am working on a website over the weekend and hope to be able to post some pics on monday or tuesday :D Thanks.

Ricksmol, You are right it is a sweet set up! I looked at your set up several times during my development of this project, so thank you as well. I could not be happier. I am planning the front disc upgrade. Will probably be to the end of the summer or over the winter however. Wanted to do a couple suspension upgrades at the same time. Thanks.

Mark

I'm looking forward to seeing some pics also!!! :D :D :D

Glad to hear its up & running!!

Later,

Doug

With the except of a few cosmetic items and the carb, you pretty much have my set up. It is fun isn't it?

have you really opened it up yet? Like winding it up to 5000 RPM in 2nd and 3rd gear? That's when you'll really smile. Boy does it pull.

Congrats.

Slade

Cobrasix, Funny you should ask about opening it up. I had a funny experience w/ a firefird yesterday. After getting past on a somewhat back road by this car I saw them again as I was pulling out of a store they again attempted to pass so I decided to open it up for really the first time. you are right it really does pull I have not seen the firebird since  That was a fun experience. Will not be a habit but it was fun !
