I'm the kind of person that asks around before I fork out 600 dollars for something. I have heard good feedback from the creator of the site about the aussie head. No offense but I need to hear it from more people that have used this head if they saw a real increase in power? If it does increase in power, is it still reliable as the good ole' 200 is know for? The only thing that will get me to go for this aussie head is if I hear enough positive feedback about it? Any input is appreciated....thanks in advance.

Not installed yet, but the head I got looks to be in very good physical shape. I'm still several months from an installation due to chassis concerns that need dealt with first. (Like better brakes to handle the extra HP).

Cobrasix, MustangSix and Mustangaroo all have them, as well as several others whose names escape memory at the moment.

I'm sure one or more of them would be willing to talk about their experiences with it.

sorry I can't be of more help.

I have had mine for a year running and it is great. fits just like the stock head but way better breathing. I am now looking into major rebuild possibly to a 250 and will top it off with the oz head then add a supercharger!!, T5 tranny and 8" rear with 411 gears. should be sweet but will take about 3 years to complete. i am just in the planning stages now. untill then i am running the oz head on my 200 and it is very nice. i think you will be happy with it.

Thanks for the input. I will rebuild my 6 cyl for this next year and keep it running until next summer. I have decided putting power into a 6 cyl cost too much when I can get about the same performance out of a well built 302. For now i will enjoy my 200 6 cyl. And next summer comes the upgrade, thanks for the help.

Changed and haven't looked back. Have Run it for 5000 miles without a single problem. It's just as reliable as the stock head.

As far as noticable...hmmm...I'm still grinning after 5000 miles so yes.

Next for me is MPFI mod to the intake manifold and a turbo...muhahahaha

We're running two  Ausie 250 2v heads, well almost, Both have Holley 4v's mounted. They run GREAT   The only problem I have encountered with the OZ 2v head is the intake gaskets, I have found it's best to make my own as the thick hard gaskets don't always seal and are prone to vacuum leaks. I just buy a roll of gasket material and set down and cut three or four sets at once, and save them for later use. I've been runing two years and my son's has been running about a year and half, we love them.....

That's mine above...and Jason's below....

We have ran Holley 2v 5200's, Holley 2v 2300 @ 500 cfm, Holley 4v 650 cfm, Holley 4v 600 cfm

8) depending on what my next car is going to be(i am looking at an 81 stang with a 3.3 six) i will buy two of them as soon as i can afford them.
