Im wanting to run a low boost non-intercooled turbo system on my car by the end of this year.

Not sure if i should use petrol or LPG @ this stage.

The engine is 250 crossflow alloy head currently with 500 holley.

Thanks for that link but its a bit basic with no science behind it. I dont like how he says everyone tells him blow tru produces more power and he goes on to says his opinion that it doesnt with no evidence.

I was under the impression that suck-tru actually increases efficency as the fuel would act as a heat sink in the turbo and have a smae intercooling effect.

the fuel is not a great heat sink. While it will do some, all you are really doing is keeping the heat in the mixture one way or the other, and that mixture goes into the cylinder, so you still have the same heat energy.

That makes total sense since it is a closed system the heat cant really go anywhere. I dont know why i typed "tru" in all the above instead of "thru". I should stick to real english.

Suck through looks the way to go with budget in mind since the carb doesnt have to be highly modified.

Can a 500 2bbl be used and has anyone done it/seen articles on it?

Thankyou, Pete
