I bought a rebuilt carb for my 66 200 with a manual transmission. The replacement has 2 accelerator pumps on it like my 67 with a C-4. Will the new carb. work on my car with the standard tranny?

I don't know if it matters or not but the the rebuilt carb. is a Holley replacement. I'm not looking for performance with the engine just trying to keep it running to keep my interest up.

Thanks

that carb is for a automatic trany, the part on the left side of the carb(if your looking at it while its in the engine) is to keep the motor running if its matted to a automatic transmision. i beleive there is a way to bypass it somehow but one of the other guys would have to help you with that part of it. what carb is it?? are you sure its a holly? 1940,1945,1909?

P.S. that baby picture is freeking me out

The carb is a Holley, at least that is what the box has on it. I didn't see a part number tag in like my orginal. The only part number on the box was a O'reilley's inventory number (I think). The box was factory sealed and with some paperwork/troubleshooting guide but that is generic stuff they must put in all the boxes. I can't get to the carb. right now cause I'm offshore and won't be home for another 10 days.

Also I requested a carb for a standard transmission, but it was in their computer so they had to call their support people to get the correct number.

Thanks: I hadn't put in on yet and wanted to ask the question before I put gas in it.
