I have the tri- carb set up using the Weber 1 barrels. There is a siinoid on them that stops the carb from diesiling(not sure what that means). The only one i have hooked up the silinoid to is the middle carb. The front and back have the silinoid still but are not getting juice to them. With them not getting the juice to turn them on does that cut off the gas from getting to the carb? I just dont seem to get the power and thought maybe they are not getting gas.

Thanks

My only expereience of solenoids on carbs is with Dual port, twin carbed volkswagens. On those carbs the solenoid (when ignition is off) stops fuel getting to the jets so the engine does'nt "run on" when you turn the ignition off.

I reckon you should wire all three of them up to the ignition (+) off a relay.

no power to selenoid = no gas. Todd Fields on here sells jet holders that will replace the selenoid. search for his name and you should come up with the contact.
