Ok Guys, I got the 200 this past weekend and immediately started to disassemble it. There is so much parafin build up in it. I have never seen an engine with so much build up. It is like a candle was melted in it. Anyway, a local shop is going to rework the head and acid tank the block. I don't think the block needs to be bored. It is real smooth and doesn't have any scoring. Should I have it bored out anyway? I am going to have the shop gauge it to make sure the cylinders are round, and I think I'll have it decked for the newer head gaskets. Where do you recommend I buy the rebuild kit from, and what should I expect to pay for it?

do it all at once...not in stages like I did

my thought is if its apart, bore it...make SURE its good that way
