Hello everyone, I’m installing the sniper EFI 1100
Going all in
Sniper 1100
Hyper spark distributor
Holley coil
In tank high pressure fuel pump
Holley ignition

My question is, the sniper 1100 on a 200 L6 needs a return line ?

Thanks in advance B113DE94-77ED-48FF-A62C-5DDFFBE1B92B.jpeg

Yes, it needs a return. Do you have the installation manual?

With the sniper 2300 they recommend 3/8 high pressure hose. I would think the 1100 would use the same.

Please read the installation manual fully. And follow the instructions exactly as described in the manual.

It’s very important that instructions are followed to the tee. Do not take shortcuts.

Document everything you do, if you need tech support, the documentation can help them. Be prepared to wait on line for up to 45 minutes for someone to answer. The key is be patient and do not rush the installation.

Went on line on the Holley EFI resource section and I’m surprised that no 1100 manuals are to be seen.
Thanks, do I need to drill on the tank? Because there’s no return line from the autolite 1100 carb

I installed a Sniper 2300 on my 200 six with machined 2bbl conversion on the head. I used the existing 5/16" fuel line from the tank to the unit. Installed the Holley 12-305 fuel pump in-tank module with built-in pressure regulator valve on the unit. No fuel return line needed, it purges the extra fuel pressure back in the tank at the fuel pump. I blocked off the fuel return port on the side of the Sniper unit with an AN-6 threaded cap. I installed a fuel pressure gauge on the fire wall between the steel line and the rubber line I installed from there to the Sniper unit. The Ellie's Garage website shows a video of her and her father installing a Sniper 1100 on her car. They confirmed with Holley that the stock 5/16" steel fuel line would be just fine to use instead of running a new 3/8" line. My set-up is running just fine once I got all the power gremlin issues resolved. Good luck.

Correct. If you have the in-tank pump with built in regulator, you can dead-head to the EFI unit from the tank.
