well I bought the roller tipped rockers from FSPP and well my question is how do I adjust them properly? like do I have to move the crank and adjust each one when its a TDC or what? Any help will be appreciated.

HI
If its like the BB you would adjust the intake just as the exhagust vlave close's for the same cylinder. and adjust the exhagust just as the intake starts to open for the same cylinder.
EXAMPLE
cylinder 1
Exhagust valve just closes on 1 adjust the intake cylinder 1
intake on 1 just starts to open adjust the exhagust on cylinder 1
and so forth

Adjust the valve
While spening the pushrod turn adjusting screw just as the push rod stops turning, turn the adjusting screw 1/2 a turn more.. and lock down.
This should do it..

Gotta step in here. As the exhaust valve is closing the intake is already oppening and vice-a-versa.

You want to adjust the valves while the motor is near TDC on the compression stroke.. about when the plug would be firing - both valves will be completely closed.

You can crank the motor over by hand starting with #1 and watch the piston (plug removed) and the valves and find TDC on compression stroke (as the piston rises, neither valve will be moving). Once they are adjusted just keep turning the engine clockwise (facing it) and follow the firing order adjusting cylinders.
