Well folks, the plan is to take the car to the body shop sometime this morning and let them do their magic. Besides repairing all the minor dents and dings, and replacing the tail light pannel and rear valance, they are going to shoot it with Dodge Viper Blue with white stripes up the middle.
I figure they are going to have my car for a few weeks, which gives me plenty of time to clean out my garage and ponder future projects. Once I get the car back, I am going to take the car out to the Air Force Base auto hobby shop to mount my new AR Outlaw II's and balance them before putting them on the car. My next project will be to install my interior kit.
My project is about 80 to 90% complete.
I still have my "Gremlin" in the engine compartment. The motor still bucks and dies when I stop at intersections. It isn't as bad now that it is warming up. I am still leaning towards a vacuum/dizzy problem or carb idle jet. I found that if I pull the dizzy vacuum line off the motor runs a little better. At least the motor doesn't vibrate so badly. If anyone can think of why the motor smooths out and doesn't buck and stall as much with the dizzy vacuum line pulled off please let me know.
Thanks.
Ted
