250 .040 over TRW Forged Pistons , Rods resized and SPS bolts added , Head is the Bathtub Chamberd 170 version mentioned in the old Ford Off Highway Operations Bbook ,Oversize valves with ported intake and , cant remember the exact szes but I believe its 1.75 and 1.45 , Cam is an old Crane Grind , Solid lifter Intake .480 and Exh .520 lift its a 228/238 at .050 on a 112 centerline head was milled and block decked total of .250 yes that is right , compression is at 12.35 , I have an autolite 1100 on center and 2 holleys on ends , if I am correct total cfm should be around 500 with all three carbs modified for airflow , I have Hooker 2 outlet full length headers 1.5 primaries ,will be running them open as this is a Race only combo ( the compression was a givaway LOL ) I am running a Duraspark that I recurved ( go figure ) with a GM Module and a Blaster 2 Coil , I modified the oil pan with baffels and also reworked the stock pump for about 15lbs more oil pressure , The assembly is balanced. I have a Full Manuel reverse shift pattern C-4 ( which I had previous in my brothers low 12 second 66 302 powerd car ) I have an 8 inch race convertor approx 3500-3800 stall , and have 350, 3.80, 4.11, 4.62 gears ans 9x26 inch Drag slicks , car weight will be under 2800 lbs with driver , E-mail me if you need more info , PS My home track Beaver Springs Dragway (Beaversprings.com) is approx 850 ft above sea level
