torque specs for cam

ok I started to put my 200 together and came inside to check torque specs in my shop manual and they don't have any!!!

need the spec for:

thrust plate.
cam bolt.
crank pulley.


please help!!!

12 - 15ft lbs
35 - 45ft lbs
85 - 100ft lbs
