Does anybody know if there is a specific sequence one must install the bolts on a clifford header on a 200 mustang and the torque specs for installation (so as to prevent warping of the headers) - I was informed when I first put them on a long time ago that cliffy headers on a 200 did not have to adhere to torque specs, but I want to make sure as I am now reinstalling them.

Thanks a lot in advance!

The best way is to start from the inside up and out, but do not fully torque all of them down untill all are seated a little more than finger tight. That is how we used to do it when I was there.

Yeah, I did the Ford Six headers the same way...

I started in the center, worked my way out just snugging them with the wrench.
Then I torqued them all in the same order to 20ftlbs.
(I had to guess on the bottom rear bolt since I could never get a torque wrench in there....)

they went on nicely....
