upgrade the 200 or swap to 250?

howdy, just got my mustang last week with a stock 6cyl 200 from an 81 donor car- the car itself is a 65. what im wondering is if it would be better to upgrade the 200 or upgrade a 250 and drop it in? tranny is a c-6 and the car is going to be a daily driver. ive had experince bilding up chevys (71 camaro and 67nova) but this is my first ford. iam wanting to up the hp but dont want to do all the suspension and brake upgrades a v-8 would require on this car. is a 250 a "drop in"? thanks for any info. pongo
