use a 2.2 Probe turbo?

8) Has anyone ever used a turbo off a 2.2 liter Ford Probe on a 200?
We may tru this route on my oldest Son's 200 Granada GLX and my youngest Son's 2.3 Fairmont.

8) Well...the 1980 Fairmont with a 2.3 liter of my youngest Son is going to be our first attempt at a turbo installation. Then on to my oldest Son's 200. Bring on those rice burners!

i hope it works out....will be pretty sweet to see when its done...i am still looking in hopes of finding one at the local parts yard and grabbing it before the neighboring shop finds it and cleans it up and sells it for way to much $$...cause at the yard its only 30 bucks for a turbo.

8) Demon....the Chicago area is rich in donor cars at our local U - Pull It yard. We thought of the Probe 2.2 because there are usually many to pick from. Inliner informed us of the Probe turbo # and suggested a T3. We'll look around and see what seems to fit our needs best now.
