Using Lift Hooks 200cid

I some lift hooks for my 6 cylinder motor which has to come out (just read the post about the firewall to find out) and a nice chap from the netherlands posted me some lift hooks for free. The engine was rebuilt not that long ago and repainted so I didn't to take the head off or bolt into the manifold. My question is where the hell do the lift hooks attach to.

If you are talking XD / XE / XF (Cortina??) the hooks go under manifold bolts - exhaust near the back, intake near the front (I think). Mind you, a chain through the bolts is probably just as good.
