Weber DGV 32/36 with C4 Automatic

I am in the midst of converting a 3 speed to a C4 on a '62 Econoline PU. I am using a Weber DGV 32/36 and need to know if anyone has any pics of a custom throttle linkage that will accommodate the C4 kick-down. I am using a Lokar kickdown cable along with a Lokar throttle cable - I have searched the forum but couldn't find anything relevant - not to say it isn't out there. Any help would be appreciated!

US Pinto 2000/2300/Capri 2300 C3 kickdown cable....copy it.

The Lokar is a European 1974 2.3/2.6 V6 Capri and 1970-1978 3.0 Granada DGAS/ 1978-1985 2.8 Granada/ Capri/ Cortina/Taunus/Sierra model Solex 35/38 carb copy, and it works nearly as well.
