i have a 65 falcon with a 300 in it. i am running a 125 shot n.o.s an running a ar32 plug. what is the gap an total timing i should be running.
what plug gap for running n.o.s

I'd like to see a pic of two of that ride! 
Anyway the rule of thumb is 2 degrees pulled for every 50hp of squeeze.
If you run race fuel or E85 then you can probably get away with a little less.
Good choice on the plugs! Set them at .025" Make sure you get your feeler gauge perpendicular to the plug. Those Autolite Racing plugs are hard to get an accurate and repeatable measurement from due to the "cut back" Ground strap.
