Another Inline for Me

Post #1 by DaGr8Tim » Thu May 02, 2013 12:09 pm

Saturday morning I take delivery of my another inline. I'm picking up a 75 CJ5. It's sat for awhile and needs some work. The frame is solid, the tub is ok, and the fenders are almost shot. Plans are to make a street cruiser out of it. As of right now, the engine is free, but hasn't been started in afew years.

The specs as I know now. 258 I6, PO claims it's a T15, but everyone else says it should be a T14, Dana 20 transfer case, Dana 44 rear, Dana 30 front.

The plan is to clean it up and drive it. Most likely, it will see very limited offroad use. I'm hoping to use it as something Carrie & I can drive around in the summer, being as a proper convertible isn't going to happen for afew more years.

I'd post pics, but I don't have the time to go through and resize them.
