8) I may have the owner at work talked into using the laser cutter to make up header flanges to weld your own headers up. What I would need is who would be interested in one?

i,m not running a shop , just helping some forum members out , and they inspire me to make these parts , so i,m not going for to make bigg bucks ,just want my materiaal and time get payed !
btw not only forum members , also got orders from holland now !!!!!!!!!!!!!
and belgie !!!
and some mopar freaks asking me to make a 4 disk setup for the cars , and some more stuff , but i did had to send them a message i cant do that , i got only 2 hands , and with the ordering only from this forum ad the time , i got my hands full !!
btw new idee and new design !!!! i already into it , got al the parts already here and are into design and messering ,hope end next week to make the first prototype ! : aluminium radiator , with bigg top alu polisht top cap with the letters 6=8 ore anything else you want ! stamped into it ,with electric digital cooler [ adjustible ] and digital LSD display temp and pressure and alu design schraud cap with special design oil cooler intergrate into it with 2 connections ad to it ?????? yes 2 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! gone use it for engine and turbo oil cooling and connection for powersteeringcooling and for the automatic guys there transmission line,s !!!!! maybe verry rare idee ,but i alwys have those strange idee,s !!!
i use good yunk yard alu cooler from a opel omega ,remover the under and top cap and make new 1,s and put them back on the alu radiator ! only some little alu caps bending and tube,s welding to do , and making a new design schraud cap , ithink when ready and got it al figgured out ,they wil sell for 150€ including schraud and electric fan !! but stil made from yunk yard parts !!

Harrie, how about welding up some aluminum sheet metal valve covers?

Harrie, I think some new valve covers that clear roller rockers would sell. My own preference is for welded aluminum, but carbon fiber might be OK. I just don't want to look like the kid down the street with the lame Toyota Corolla four door with a carbon fiber hood.
