1971 200 needs a new carb

I need a direct replacement for my 1971 200i6, I'm swapping to a 302 in a year but I need a new carb and I'm upgrading to pertronix until then, so, suggestions?

Bruce,

You don't say what the engine is out of or going into but my guess is a Carter YF will fit your needs. Watch the hood clearance in any case.

Sorry, been a while. The car is a '71 Maverick. It's the orig. inline 6 engine.

The YF is what you need and should be readily avialable, either rebuilt or new. at the major chain stores ( I prefer Napa but that is just me). There are still quite a few of these in the yards also.
