It all depends on what you want. THe Holley 350 may be the best all-around choice for maximum performance, simplicity and reliability for a mild to well modded 200, properly tuned. It would be even better if it was mounted directly to a modified log manifold. A Holley 350 is rated at 350 CFM max.
The 3 x 1s setup may be the coolest of the cool. But may take a bit more fiddlin'. Three ones will vary in CFM by which ones you choose- ranging from 390 to about 500 cfm.
Either will flow more then all but the most robust 200 can handle.
The difference in performance will be that the 350 is mounted through a funnel adapter, while the 3 x 1s would be direct mounted and likely have progressive linkage.
Either will take a coordinated package to get the most out of its potential.
