All Small Six Aluminum head intake cad file?

This relates to all small sixes
Hi, I have one of mikes aluminum heads on my 200. I need to fab a new intake manifold... I was hoping someone had a dimensioned file of the bolt ant ports on hand that i could use to cut my intake mounting flange from? Thanks

What happen to the original intake?

I never purchased one . My 200 is in an Econoline dog house. I do not have the 10” of lateral space the original intake requires.

Is the intake gasket all one piece or is it separated between the exhaust ports....?

I had the same thought ( scan gasket) but unfortunately the gasket is multiple pieces…. I’ve moved on to creating a file. I’

dont have the app for Seth;s 3 .dxf

Nice. I actually covered my mounting face with painters tape and scanned it at work, but I haven't had an opportunity to draw it out in Fusion360 yet.

Pls share photos if you can, of your process and results. I dont know fusion but know rhino3d/autocad2d.

here is the flange cut from 1/2" 6061. The files I made are done in solidworks, I shared the dxf. You should be able to view them with a free dxf viewer( edrawings might work) . Any cad program should be able to read them. I undersized the holes that need to be tapped. I have an econoline and can not use the standard intake manifold I have mandrel bent 90 degree tubes to go up, I am working on building a manifold to accept a holley sniper. I am not an expert on fuel injection but it seems I don't need to use equal length tubes to make the sniper work?

You won't/ don't . I've ran a 2300 Sniper on the small log headed 200 6 in my 67 vert for about 6 years . The last 2 with a Paxton pushing in the juice, it's ran fine the whole time .

Fwiw don't waste your time & money on an external fuel pump ,go intank pump. Also consider installing an electronic fuel pressure gauge inside where you can monitor the fuel pressure ,one under the hood is useless.
If you have not considered it think about a Hyper Spark dist with the Sniper . What you gain with it you can't imagine.
