Anyone with Pacemaker Headers having this problem?

It sounds like the headers are banging together at certain car speeds. I'm going to try to put some wrap between the collectors to see if that helps, but just curious.

The banging may be coming from other spot, so I'm going to test one spot at a time.

I ran mine for a couple months last year with my new pacemakers and the only problem I had was the tail pipe banging on the lt rear side where it exits through the valance.

Only tapping I've ever experienced was against the tranny crossmember at idle.

My parking break spring taps on the exhaust when it is not tight but besideds that i am good!

Since you just installed the exhaust, I would guss it is that and not the headers. Time to crawl underneath

The exhaust shop is going to check it out. The other area of suspision is just after the headers where it runs really close to the crossmember hump.
