is the argie sp head already up for sale ?

seem to be i cant login into the argie website form southern cross ?

i.m looking for a 250 2V head ore argie sp head .

Hi Harri,
The Southern Cross website has been down for a while now. There was a discussion about it a while ago, but I didn't follow the thread very closely.

thx rick , yes i notice that , it was down , problem is i did sold my head ,and need before februarie a new head , would like to have a 250-2V head because i got made a complete EFI system for it , bolt on kit .

btw did you get a message from lagrasta ?

Hi, I´m from Argentina.

The argie head is for a 221, not for 250. anyway it fits well but is a carbureted head, not EFI.. maybe you confused it with Aussie head?

Greetings Mariano, check out the search for "argie" or "aussie" here on the forum. You will see the years of discussion all the way up to the extra effort some have gone to, to remanufacture the head for use here in the states.

the sp head is interchangeable, from the 144 to 250 engines.

Apparently some things have gone awry from the business end of the Argie head situation at Southern Cross and they probably will not be available. That's about all I know, if this information is incorrect I hope someone will set the record straight.

Save your money for the new head from AZ Coupe, it is real and looks like a dandy. If you are dead set on an Argie head you may be on your own as far as locating one. Sorry.
