BIG END BEARING GONE

in my xf when im driving i can hear this knocking sound. if i back of the throttle it goes away but as soon as i touch it again it comes back. it does it in every gear, the lower the gear the worst it is. i think its the big end bearing, could it be something else causing it?

How loud is the noise? Louder than a sticky or collapsed lifter?
What's the oil presure like? Low oil pressure is usually a fairly good indication of a bottom end problem.

yeah its louder than a sticky lifter coz i got a sticker lifter aswell.

Exhast leak or detonation...

could an exhaust leak be causing it coz i think i got an exhaust leak.
