can i replace a 1963 load-o-matic dizzy?

trying to figure out what to do here my chosen carb is out of stock so can i swap out the load-o-matic dizzy in a 63 170? or easily anywho

Only straight swap is the DUI. All other swaps require some degree of DIY effort.
