Carb suggestions

I have a 250 in my maverick running with the stock RBS. Are there any carbs you know of that flow better AND are as short as the RBS so it won't stick out of my hood?

Just a quick note to let you know there's plenty of room under the hood of a Maverick.

I have a '73 with the 250. I mounted a H/W 5200 on top of the Stovebolt adapter and even adapted the stock aircleaner by opening up the carb horn opening.

This stack-up of parts doesn't hit the hood.
