I have this set of carbs that came from an OMC i/o. boat. The engine was an old GM I4 setup. Well the carbs are 2Carter model "RBS" 1 barrells. They are really good looking have a nice fuel rail and hard gas line set up and adjustable auto chokes. The base holes are aprox 1&7/16" and while the spacing isn't quite optmum for a I-6(it would be nice if they were a little farther apart ) i can make that happen without hurting the appearance. They are complete with linkage and big ol remote float bowls and the price being what it is I can't see how i can pass trying out the setup. The whole intake log thing really sucks though if they don't do well complete head redo would follow. Has anybody ever heard of sawing off the log at the runners and grafting back on to it?? Got a little money set back for a 250/t-5 in my 62 wagon. I also have a sawzall and more ba!!s than brains so if i ended up with a little aircleaner poking through the hood i can work with that
