I own an EF falcon and I am fitting a Eaton M90 to it. I'm new to the forced induction game and I was wondering if any body could clear some things up for me. I've almost got the bracket finished and the belt ordeal almost sorted, it's the "engine running pressure" that's got me worried. I have spoken to people before about this and they say the stock EFI and ECU will cope with up to about 6 -7 psi (I'd be happy with 4psi). Is this true?? Will the computer retard the ignition?? Also there is a hell of a lot of vacuum lines in the engine bay, will the car run with these blowing instead of sucking??? Can I plumb the brake booster into the inlet of the blower? I'm also assuming I'm going to get some sort of blow by on the piston rings, so if that happens won't the crackcase be pressurized?? Any help is greatly needed, I'm not made of money and I'd can't really afford to learn the hard and expensive way..
Thanks :D
