Sleeve it. It's relatively cheap, is as good or better than the original iron, and will probably outlast the other cylinders. I've run sleeves in numerous engines and never had a sleeve related issue, to include some very high powered mills.
It usually costs no more than $60-65 to get one installed, but the engine will need to be stripped first. This is a good option for any engine that has little or no wear on the other cylinders or one that is about to be rebuilt. However, it is not a good idea to sleeve a single cylinder on a worn engine.
