anyone know what size sixes came in the fairmonts and is there anyone here who owns and fools with them? looking to get a DD for mileage that will see 150 mile round trips and was interested in them for the "fox chassis" type cars they are.

200s came in them I know. Not sure about 250s.

That's the same reason I have my wagon. Great DD and trips to the lake.
It was pretty tired when I got it, but a double-roller timing chain and a carb rebuild later it's running great. And shocks, springs, tires, fuel pump, starter and the list continues but at least it's easy to work on and parts are available and cheap.
