Well after 16 yrs of waning and loving my mustang we took our first ride together with the manual transmission. I still don't have a clutch linkage lol but we went for a spin. Flat shifting and having to start in gear thank god I only went down the street. First impression is it is more responsive than ith the c4 but as far as totally throw ya back in the seat .... Na but he it is only he factory 3 speed . It still is more fun though to shift than just throwing her into gear and going.

Right there with you! The 3 speed is great compared to the C4!

LOL I think the transmissions came from the same place as yours too! But you are right so much more fun. I wonder what the five speed is like.....
