Formula for boost

I was wondering is there a formula to find out how much boost you are runing by the measurments of pulleys?

Not that I know of other than having a boost guage hooked up to the system. Wastegates limited boost, manufactures pulleys are to specs, size of compressor and/or turbine side of the housings are to name a few.
