I'd suggest the little angle drilled hole that passes from the rear head bolt hole, through to the dished bore around the last rocker shaft mount hole.
Drill and tap it with an NPT tap, then install a blanking plug. It's easy to reverse the operation then.
I bought the full roller rockers and I knew they oiled through the pushrods but how did I miss that you must block off the old passage? Makes sense but are there written instructions with those rockers? I don't remember any.

Actually the rocker arm plate bolts to the head using all the old rocker arm stands mounting surface. This plate covers the complete opening thus it blocks the cavity where the oil passage comes into the old rear rocker arm stand.
You can do as adam states, but I don't think it is necessary.
After you get the full roller rockers on make sure your valve cover has proper baffles around the pcv area. These rockers spray too much oil to the valve train area. You best have the full spring loaded all teflon valve guide seals otherwise you will consume oil. I also put pipe cleaners in the pushrods to cut the flow of oil to the rocker arm area. Doing this finally cut the oil flow to the proper level. William
