good size turbo?

I have a chane to buy a t-4 (40 maybe?) for $200 like new. My question is this a good turbo to use? Is too big/ too little for a 200cid?

Well the T04 is a good size, but we need more info. What size is the wheel? What A/R are the housings?

I'm lacking the info myself, just got excited and jumped the gun a little. I haven't gotten a good look at it yet, but with any luck I'll be able to check it out tomorrow. What A/R, wheel size should I be looking for?

Nothing more than a .69 A/R turbine housing. Unless you want to wait until 4200rpm before building any boost!
Smaller is better for any street car.

does10's is a grand national turbo a good size for my 170?? or is that not enough/too much?? thanX!

sounds a bit big. 170 is 2.9 liters and the GN is a 3.8. I would use a big (.63/.60) T3 from a t-bird.
