This question is for the guys who have a single outlet header on there 200 I6. Well i have had it on for almost 2 years and one day i heard a loud knocking sound when i get on the gas. So i looked under the car and i found that the header was sitting right on my idler arm and tearing up the bushing. I tried grinding some of the collector flange and it helped some but i still hear the noise. Does anyone know how to fix this problem. Thanks.
