Can anyone tell me what the primary tube diameters are for the 6-cylinder headers? I cannot seem to find any of that information for any of the headers, FordSix, Pacemaker, Clifford or Hooker.
I was wondering if there are any differences in tube diameters between any of them.

sir, the clifford 53-2600 header is a single outlet. the primary pipes ar 1.5 inches in diameter with a 2.5 inch outlet. cannot speak for the other brands. you do not need anything larger than 1.5
have a good day william

William, you have hit the nail on the head as to why I am inquiring about the sizes. For Chevy V-8's, I have seen some manufacturers' catalogs show 1.5" to 1.75" primaries for a 350 engine and then only offer a 1.625" for 283, 302, 327 engines. You would think they would offer the smaller primaries for the smaller displacement engines. I may lean toward a set with the smallest primaries for my 200 if the manufacturers have different diameters.
